I didn’t build this academy for business… I built it for the students who remind me of myself.

My name is Madhuker Mende, and I come from a humble background where English was a fear, not a skill. I faced rejection, embarrassment, and missed opportunities just because I couldn’t speak fluently. I know the pain of being talented but feeling stuck due to communication barriers. But I didn’t give up.

With 15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry and F&B operations, I rose through the ranks not because of my background—but because I learned smart. I traveled, I worked with top hotels, and I witnessed firsthand how spoken English and personality can transform lives, especially in rural and middle-class families.

That’s why I started Learn Smart Academy —
